Partybusgreatfalls.com is not a bus company. It is a quote-comparison website — a single place where you can enter your trip details and instantly see different vehicles, packages, and price ranges from transportation providers serving Billings, Montana and the surrounding region. Instead of spending an afternoon calling companies one at a time, describing your group size and destination over and over, and waiting on callbacks that don't quite match up, you fill out one form and see options side by side.
That's the whole idea.

Your Billings Party Bus With Popular Amenities
Not every Billings trip calls for the same setup. For a bachelorette night hitting the bars along Montana Avenue, a 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting, a premium sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating is a natural fit. For a corporate shuttle between downtown hotels and First Interstate Arena, a minibus with reclining seats, individual climate control, and overhead storage does the job cleanly without the party-bus footprint.
Charter buses headed up to Rimrock Mall or out toward Pompeys Pillar come with undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — a serious advantage when the group is large and the drive is long. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, and the quote tool lets you filter by exactly what your group needs before you commit to anything.

Find the Right Billings Party Bus in Minutes
The short answer: you get more options, faster, without the runaround. Billings is not a city with a dozen bus companies on every block — transportation availability here can be tighter than in a major metro, especially during Montana State Fair week in August, Montana Fair weekends, or when a sold-out show hits First Interstate Arena. When supply is limited and your date is firm, checking one source that pulls from multiple providers is a much smarter move than calling around and finding out everything is gone.
Partybusgreatfalls.com is not tied to a single fleet, which means you are not limited to whatever one company happens to have available on your Saturday. You see different vehicle types, different price points, and different availability windows all in one place — so you can actually compare and pick what fits your group. A support team is available every day of the year at 406-836-8150 for groups that need a custom package, have an unusual itinerary, or just want to talk through the options before committing.
No pressure, no obligation, no account required. It is genuinely that straightforward.
Party Bus & Charter Bus Services Available in Billings
Partybusgreatfalls.com helps groups in Billings find transportation for every occasion — airport transfers, concerts, corporate shuttles, weddings, proms, birthday parties, bar crawls, sporting events, school field trips, and more. Whatever brings your group together, there is a vehicle in the network sized and equipped for it. Call 406-836-8150 or use the group transportation services page to get started.

Billings Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) (1901 Terminal Circle, Billings, MT 59105) sits about 3 miles from downtown, but coordinating enough rideshares to move a large group from baggage claim to a hotel block downtown — or out toward the Doubletree by Hilton for a corporate event — is a logistical headache that multiplies fast when flights are delayed and not everyone lands at the same time. A private airport shuttle found through Partybusgreatfalls.com keeps the whole group on one departure instead of staging multiple vehicles across the terminal curb.
The standard workflow: once your group has collected luggage and assembled at the arrivals level, your coordinator contacts the transportation provider to confirm position. Do not call for the vehicle before bags are in hand — BIL's commercial pickup area operates on a tight window. For the full airport shuttle guide, review current ground transportation rules on the official BIL website before your travel date.
Call 406-836-8150 to set up your Billings airport group shuttle today.

Billings Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Billings has a genuine downtown bar scene concentrated along Montana Avenue and the stretch of 1st Avenue North — and the whole point of a bachelorette night is that nobody has to think about how the group is getting from the first stop to the last. A Billings bachelorette party bus rental keeps everyone on the same itinerary without the split-group scramble that happens when half the group takes rideshares and the other half can't find the next bar.
A 20-passenger party bus or 25-passenger party bus — with LED lighting, onboard sound, and flat-panel TVs — handles the typical Billings bachelorette group cleanly. The bus stages nearby between stops, so there is no parking to worry about and no designated driver conversation at the end of the night. Weekend party bus rates in Billings typically run $275–$375 per hour for that size range.
Call 406-836-8150 to compare availability and nail down your date.

Billings Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable ways to open a milestone birthday — whether you are pulling up to a venue at ZooMontana, a private hall off Shiloh Road, or a restaurant in downtown Billings for a surprise celebration. Partybusgreatfalls.com makes it easy to find the right size: a 15-passenger party bus for a tighter friend group, a 30-passenger party bus for a bigger family celebration, or something in between. Check the birthday bus rental page for current vehicle options.
For Sweet 16 and quinceañera groups, the bus itself often becomes part of the celebration — the ride to the venue with the whole group aboard, sound system going, is something guests remember. Weekend pricing for a 18-passenger party bus in Billings generally runs $275–$400 per hour, with per-day rates available for longer events. Fill out the quote form or call 406-836-8150 to see what is available on your date.

Billings Concert Transportation & Shuttles
First Interstate Arena (1 Arena Dr, Billings, MT 59101) is the largest indoor event venue in Montana, pulling major touring acts to a market that has limited downtown parking to begin with. On a sold-out concert night, the North 27th Street corridor backs up well before doors open, and the surface lots surrounding the arena fill fast — leaving latecomers hunting for street parking blocks away in an unfamiliar part of town. A Billings concert bus rental drops your group curbside and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged window after the show, so nobody is standing on a cold Montana sidewalk waiting on a rideshare surge that hits the moment 10,000 people walk out at once.
For outdoor shows and summer festival events at venues along the Rimrock, a party bus with a quality sound system and LED lighting keeps the energy going from the first stop to the last. Check the First Interstate Arena bus rental guide for venue-specific drop-off detail. Call 406-836-8150 to lock in your date before the show sells out.

Billings Corporate Event Transportation
The Billings Hotel and Convention Center (1223 Mullowney Ln, Billings, MT 59101) is the city's primary large-scale corporate event facility, and groups coming in for multi-day conferences quickly discover that spreading attendees across three or four different hotels on King Avenue West and then expecting everyone to self-navigate to a 8 a.m. general session is a recipe for a late start. A dedicated corporate shuttle circuit — minibus or charter bus running timed loops between hotel blocks and the convention center — keeps your headcount intact and your agenda on schedule.
For executive transfers between Billings Logan International Airport and downtown properties, a Sprinter van or 14-passenger Sprinter limo keeps smaller VIP groups comfortable without the overhead of a full-size coach. For team-building days at Phipps Park or group dinners at Walker's Grill in the historic downtown, a minibus rental navigates Billings' downtown grid cleanly without the parking puzzle a dozen rental cars would create. Call 406-836-8150 to put together a Billings corporate transportation package.

Billings Private Event Transportation Services
Billings draws major annual events that create real transportation headaches for groups trying to self-navigate — the Montana State Fair in late August brings tens of thousands of visitors to the MetraPark complex (308 6th Ave N, Billings, MT 59101), where fairground parking fills early and the surrounding surface lots charge per vehicle. A charter bus or minibus drops the whole group at the fairground entrance and picks everyone up at a confirmed time, avoiding the end-of-night parking lot scramble entirely.
For family reunions hitting multiple Billings attractions in a single day — Pictograph Cave State Park in the morning, lunch downtown, ZooMontana in the afternoon — a charter bus rental keeps everyone on the same schedule without the three-car-caravan coordination tax. The private event transportation page has more on available package structures. Montana State Fair week bookings fill up months ahead — call 406-836-8150 as soon as your date is set.

Billings Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Billings runs from late April through mid-May, and that window is the single tightest period for party bus availability across Yellowstone County. Billings Senior High School, Billings West, Billings Skyview, and other area schools all hold their events within a few weeks of each other — which means the available vehicle inventory gets thin fast once March hits. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher rates.
A Billings prom party bus rental keeps the group together from pre-prom photos to after-prom without anyone worrying about parking at the venue or coordinating rides home at midnight. Parents love that the itinerary is set in advance and the group is not scattered across individual cars all night. Homecoming bookings in September fill up nearly as fast — if you know your date, lock it in early.
Call 406-836-8150 right now to check availability.

Billings School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Coordinating student transportation across Billings on field trip day — from a school on the west end of town to ZooMontana (2100 S Shiloh Rd, Billings, MT 59106), Pictograph Cave State Park (3401 Coburn Rd, Billings, MT 59101), or the Yellowstone Art Museum (401 N 27th St, Billings, MT 59101) — involves more logistics than a carpool solution can cleanly handle. A charter bus or minibus found through Partybusgreatfalls.com puts everyone in one vehicle, keeps the headcount simple for teachers and chaperones, and eliminates the carpooling permission slip math that slows down the planning process.
Charter buses on longer runs to destinations outside Billings — like a student trip to Pompeys Pillar National Monument along I-94 or a university group transfer from Montana State University Billings to a conference — come with onboard restrooms on select vehicles and overhead storage for gear. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; just note it when you request your quote. Check the school event bus rental page or call 406-836-8150 to confirm options for your group.

Billings Sporting Event Transportation
First Interstate Arena's parking situation is not complicated — it's just limited. The arena shares surface lot space with MetraPark's other facilities, and on a Billings Mustangs or Magic game night, those lots fill up well before tip-off. Groups driving separately end up scattered across the neighborhood, and the post-game rideshare surge on North 27th Street is a familiar frustration for anyone who has tried to leave immediately after the final buzzer.
A Billings sporting event charter bus sidesteps all of it — the group arrives together, gets dropped close to the arena entrance, and has a confirmed pickup plan that does not depend on app surge pricing at 10 p.m. on a Wednesday.
For Mustangs baseball at Dehler Park (2611 9th Ave N, Billings, MT 59101), parking along 9th Avenue North and the adjacent streets can get tight on a weekend fireworks night when attendance spikes. A minibus is a natural fit for groups of 15–30 heading to the ballpark — easy to stage nearby and right-sized for the trip. Check the First Interstate Arena transportation guide for current drop-off detail.
Call 406-836-8150 to compare rates for your game date.

Billings Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Billings wedding venues are spread across a wide geography — ceremony spaces in the Rimrocks, reception halls along Shiloh Road, historic properties in the downtown core, and ranches south of town toward Laurel — and that spread is exactly why a wedding shuttle makes the logistics significantly easier than hoping every guest self-navigates between locations on a Saturday afternoon. A Billings wedding shuttle bus runs timed loops between your hotel room block and the ceremony, then from the ceremony to the reception, so guests are not driving unfamiliar roads in formal wear.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party transfer on the wedding day itself with room for dresses, gear, and the whole group in one vehicle. For larger guest lists, a charter bus running a shuttle circuit between the DoubleTree and a Rimrock-area venue covers the full block without anyone needing to find their own way. Wedding weekend bus availability in Billings goes fast in June and September — call 406-836-8150 as soon as your venue is confirmed.

Billings Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Montana's wine and craft brewery scene has grown substantially, and Billings is the regional hub for both. A Billings winery tour bus rental makes it easy to hit multiple stops — Yellowstone Valley Brewing Company (2123 1st Ave N, Billings, MT 59101), Angry Hanks Microbrewery (2405 1st Ave N, Billings, MT 59101), and Thirsty Street Brewing Company (2121 Broadwater Ave, Billings, MT 59102) — without anyone calculating how they are getting home after stop three.
For wine-focused groups, the Billings area sits within reach of Montana's eastern wine corridor, and a charter bus or minibus handles the longer stretches between stops with far less stress than a caravan of personal vehicles on two-lane roads west of town. A minibus rental is a great fit for a brewery crawl with 15–20 people — right-sized, easy to stage at each taproom, and priced on weekdays from $200–$250 per hour. Call 406-836-8150 to compare options and put your itinerary together.

Frequently Asked Questions About Billings Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusgreatfalls.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusgreatfalls.com?
Partybusgreatfalls.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation itself. No account required, no obligation, and the quote is free whether you use the online form or call 406-836-8150.
How does Partybusgreatfalls.com work?
Fill out the quick online form with your trip details, or call 406-836-8150 any time. You will see different vehicle types, package structures, and price ranges from providers serving your area — all in one place. Compare them side by side, ask questions, and find the option that fits your group.
A support team is available every day of the year if you want to talk through the options before you decide.
How much does a party bus cost in Billings?
Billings party bus rental prices depend on the vehicle size, date, and how many hours you need. As a planning baseline: a 25-passenger party bus generally runs $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A charter bus typically comes in at $200–$350 per hour.
Those are ranges — the exact number for your specific date and itinerary comes from the quote form or a call to 406-836-8150. You could have a quote in under a minute.
When is the busiest time of year for party bus rentals in Billings?
Late April through mid-May is the tightest window — prom season across Yellowstone County. August is the next most competitive period because of Montana State Fair at MetraPark, which draws large crowds and spikes transportation demand across the city. June and September are peak months for weddings.
If your date falls in any of these windows, booking 3–4 months out is the move. Waiting until 3–4 weeks before a prom or fair-week event almost always means limited availability or higher pricing.
Can I rent a bus for a day trip from Billings to another Montana city?
Yes. Per-day rates are available through the network for groups headed out to Bozeman (~2.5 hours west on I-90), Red Lodge (~1 hour south on US-212), or longer trips to Missoula (~3.5 hours west). A charter bus with undercarriage bays and onboard restrooms is the practical choice for drives of more than 90 minutes.
Per-day charter bus rates typically run $1,350–$2,850. Call 406-836-8150 to put together a multi-stop or one-way package for your group.
What is the best vehicle size for a group of 20–30 people in Billings?
For 20–30 passengers, a minibus or a 28-passenger party bus is typically the right fit. The minibus is a stronger choice for corporate shuttles, airport transfers, and wedding guest loops — clean, efficient, easier to maneuver through downtown Billings. The party bus is the better pick when amenities (sound system, LED lighting, flat-panel TVs) matter to the group.
Both are right-sized for Billings' street grid and venue parking constraints. The quote form lets you compare both side by side.
Do I need to know my full itinerary to get a quote?
No. A rough outline is enough to get started — your date, approximate group size, and a general sense of the pickup location and destinations. If you have a detailed multi-stop itinerary, great. If you are still planning, the support team at 406-836-8150 can help you think through timing and vehicle fit before anything is confirmed.
The quote is free and there is no obligation to book.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Billings?
For most events, 6–10 weeks of lead time is workable. For prom (book by January), Montana State Fair week in August (book by June), and June/September wedding weekends (book as soon as your venue is confirmed), booking 3–4 months out is strongly advised. Billings is not a large metro — the available vehicle pool is smaller than in a major city, which means inventory on peak dates goes faster than most people expect.
The earlier you call 406-836-8150, the more options you will have at the price you want.
Popular Billings Party Bus Destinations
Billings is Montana's largest city and the commercial and cultural hub of the Yellowstone region — which means the destination list runs from arena concerts and MetraPark events to state park day trips and downtown bar circuits. Here are six places Billings groups most often book buses to get to, with the logistics detail that actually matters when you are moving a group.

First Interstate Arena at MetraPark
First Interstate Arena (1 Arena Dr, Billings, MT 59101) is Montana's largest indoor venue — with a large-capacity concert configuration, home ice for the Billings Bulls, and the host of major rodeo events during the MetraPark calendar. The arena shares a parking footprint with the rest of the MetraPark complex, which includes the fairgrounds and the exhibition halls — and on a sold-out concert night, that lot fills quickly. Groups driving separately often end up parked well away from the entrance and funneled through the same exit bottleneck on North 27th Street when the show ends.
A charter bus drops your group at the arena entrance and has a confirmed pickup point ready before the final song, so there is no standing in a cold parking lot waiting on a rideshare. Check the First Interstate Arena bus rental guide for current drop-off detail, and verify event-specific parking rules on the official MetraPark website before your visit. Phone: (406) 256-2400.

ZooMontana
ZooMontana (2100 S Shiloh Rd, Billings, MT 59106) is the only zoo in Montana — a 70-acre facility with more than 100 animals, botanical gardens, and a sensory trail, open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission runs $15 for adults, $12 for children 3–15, and free for children under 2, with group rates available for parties of 12 or more. For school groups and family reunion outings, the zoo has dedicated group pricing and advance reservation requirements — contact the zoo at (406) 652-8100 before your visit to confirm group rates and any parking arrangements for oversized vehicles.
The Shiloh Road entrance has on-site parking, but large-group coordination across multiple personal vehicles in a suburban lot adds unnecessary friction to the day. A minibus keeps the headcount together from pickup to the gate and back, with no parking puzzle to solve on the return. Visit the official ZooMontana website to confirm current rates.
Address: 2100 S Shiloh Rd, Billings, MT 59106.

Dehler Park
Dehler Park (2611 9th Ave N, Billings, MT 59101) is home to the Billings Mustangs, a Pioneer League independent baseball team, in one of the most scenic ballparks in the Northern Rockies — the Rimrocks rise directly behind left field. The park seats just over 3,000, which means on a fireworks night or a summer Saturday promo game when attendance spikes toward capacity, the 9th Avenue North corridor and the surrounding neighborhood streets fill up fast. Parking is a mix of paid surface lots and street spots that go quickly on high-demand nights.
A group of 20–30 baseball fans arriving in a minibus skips the lot scramble entirely — the bus stages nearby and picks the group up at a set time after the game, so nobody is waiting on a rideshare surge at 10 p.m. Check the official Billings Mustangs site for the current game schedule and parking notes before your visit.

Pictograph Cave State Park
Pictograph Cave State Park (3401 Coburn Rd, Billings, MT 59101) sits about 6 miles southeast of downtown Billings off I-90 East, preserving prehistoric pictographs in a sandstone cave system that dates back more than 2,000 years. The park is open May through September and charges a standard Montana State Parks day-use fee — currently $8 for non-residents arriving by vehicle ($4 for walk-in or non-vehicle entry), with free entry for Montana residents who carry the state parks vehicle registration fee, per Montana State Parks. The access road into the site is narrow and the parking area is small, which makes arriving in a single charter bus or minibus a significantly cleaner operation than a six-car caravan trying to turn around in a tight lot.
Group interpretive programs are available with advance scheduling — contact Montana State Parks at (406) 254-7342 to book. This is a natural anchor for school field trips, family reunion outings, and history-focused group tours out of Billings. Address: 3401 Coburn Rd, Billings, MT 59101.

Yellowstone Art Museum
The Yellowstone Art Museum (401 N 27th St, Billings, MT 59101) occupies the former Yellowstone County jail building in downtown Billings — a historically significant structure now housing one of the Northern Rockies' strongest collections of contemporary and Western American art. The museum is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Thursdays and First Fridays until 8 p.m.), and closed Sunday through Tuesday.
Admission is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors, and free for students, visitors 18 and under, and Yellowstone County residents. Downtown Billings parking on a Thursday evening — when the museum holds late hours and the surrounding restaurants are also busy — is tighter than it looks on a map, with metered street spots and a small surface lot filling before 6 p.m. A minibus or Sprinter van drops your group at the N 27th Street entrance and is ready when the visit wraps, instead of leaving half the group circling the block.
Visit the official YAM visit page for current exhibition schedules. Phone: (406) 256-6804.

MetraPark and the Montana State Fair
MetraPark (308 6th Ave N, Billings, MT 59101) is the city's primary fairground and exposition complex — home to the Montana State Fair in late August, the Northern International Livestock Exposition (NILE) in October, and a rotating calendar of rodeos, trade shows, and large-scale events throughout the year. Montana State Fair week is the single busiest transportation period in Billings outside of a sold-out First Interstate Arena concert — the fairgrounds parking fills early on peak days, and the surrounding North Side streets get congested in a way that catches first-time visitors off guard. A charter bus or large party bus drops your group at the fairground gates before the lot fills, and picks everyone up at a confirmed time rather than at whatever rideshare can get to you through fair traffic.
For NILE in October, the same parking dynamics apply. Review the official MetraPark events calendar to confirm current fair dates and parking guidance for oversized vehicles. Phone: (406) 256-2400.
